bar and restaurant offer the key ingredients to a
relaxing day or evening of good food and drink; simple,
honest food, a comfortable chair by the fireplace,
a beautiful garden to sit in, and then introducing
a level of service and luxury to rival the most celebrated
hotels, we feel like we have created a thoroughly
modern inn for a discerning, contemporary traveller.
The large informal restaurant
serves a locally sourced and seasonal menu and a genial
public bar caters for everyone with open spaces and
cosy corners. The charming additions that range from
tea cosies knitted by the local Women’s Institute
to beautifully crafted Belgian benches and commissioned
furniture from local craftsmen have been added. |
